Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
All orders placed on weekdays may experience delays due to third-party reasons.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
ITALY
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Shipping to an InPost point (pickup at a newsstand, tobacconist, etc.): Delivery expected in 2-3 business days.
Home Delivery via Poste Italiane: Delivery expected in 3-6 business days.
BRT Express Home Delivery: Expected delivery in 1-2 business days.
DHL Express Home Delivery: Expected delivery in 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any delays due to customs or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
InPost Shipping: €0.00 for orders over €49.99, otherwise €4.99
Poste Italiane Shipping: €0.00 for orders over €49.99, otherwise €7.99
BRT Express Shipping: €9.99
DHL Express Shipping: €14.99
EUROPE
For Europe, we are adding shipping costs and do not currently have fixed rates. If you would like your item delivered to your country, simply contact us and we will select your shipment together.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track your package in real time until delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We ship domestically and internationally. However, some restrictions may apply for certain destinations. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
