Refund policy

As required by law, we have a 14-day privacy policy allowing customers to return items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for personalized items.

To initiate a return, you can do so directly from your account by selecting "Request Return" or by contacting us at ordini@dambrosiowrapping.com.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of damage or defects.

If your return is accepted, you will have 7 days to ship the items to the following address:

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some personalized, sale, or gift card items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
